Your school has its own online store. Here's how it works.
Your pulsera box will include a printed QR code that belongs to your school and no one else. Anyone who scans it lands in your store, and anything they buy is credited to your school automatically.
Students have a range of payment options like ApplePay, Google Pay, PayPal, debit/credit, and Venmo. You can also use your school's own payment system, or take cash. Most sales use a mix. Whatever's easiest for your students.
You can access your digital cashless link from your sale confirmation email and from your sale dashboard.
Please note that all cashless transactions will include a flat $0.50 processing fee.
TO BUY A PULSERA WITH A DIGITAL PAYMENT:
1. Scan the QR code at the pulsera table. It opens your school's pulsera storefront. You can also use the link your sale leader shared — it goes to the same place.
2. Add pulseras and bolsitas to your cart. Pulseras are $5. Bolsitas are $15.
3. Check out. Express checkout offers Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. You can also pay by card. A flat $0.50 processing fee applies to cashless purchases.
4. Show your order confirmation to the pulsera sale leaders and they'll hand you your pulseras.

FOR SALE LEADERS: SETTING UP
1. Find your QR code. It ships as a printed version in your pulsera box and also lives digitally in your school dashboard, where you can print more copies or paste it into a slide.
2. Put it where students will see it. On the table sign, on a poster, on the screen behind you, in the morning announcements slideshow. The more places it appears, the more of your sale goes cashless.
3. Share the link ahead of the sale. Your dashboard has a plain link to the same store. Sending it to families the week before lets people buy before they reach the table, which keeps the line short.
4. Check the confirmation screen before students take their pulseras. Make sure to manually look at the order confirmation screen or confirmation email which will tell you how many pulseras & bolsitas they've purchased.
