Included with your pulsera sale materials will be a QR code that students can scan to pay with a range of cashless / digital payment options including Venmo, CashApp, ApplePay, and PayPal.
Please note that all cashless transactions will include a flat $0.50 processing fee.
TO BUY A PULSERA WITH A DIGITAL PAYMENT:
1. Scan the QR code
2. Add pulseras and/or bolsitas to cart and go to cart.
3. Select Preferred Payment Method
4. Checkout and add school name when prompted -- please no abbreviations.
Note: cashless purchases have a flat $0.50 processing fee
5. Show your order confirmation to the sale leader in exchange for your pulsera
TO KEEP TRACK OF CASHLESS SALES:
1.) Sale leaders should verify each student's confirmation page before they leave with their pulseras.
2.) Keep a paper or digital copy of the cashless transactions as they come in so that you can reference them during & after your pulsera sale. Download our printout or use our Google sheet.
3. Include the amount raised in cashless sales on your inventory sheet that you return in the box
4. Contact us if you have any questions or would like to cross-reference numbers.
